Sweet (fortified) wine produced from Muscat Ottonel variety. It is characterised by golden-amber colour and aromas of elderflower syrup, dark honey, caramel, quince and vanilla and cinammon hints. Full-bodied luscious wine with dried apricots, quince and toffeed sweet edge accompanied by good acidity.
To be paired with apple pie, rice pudding with cinnamon, panna cotta, creme brulee and caramel based desserts.
Recommended serving temperature: 8-12 °С.
