Aromas: A lot of citrus and stone fruits on the nose with pronounced yeasty aromas of brioche and hazelnut.
Taste: The wine is very well structured with a train of fine bubbles and long finish.

Vinification: Traditional method
Serving Suggestions: At 8C with main dishes such as stewed poultry with pears and dried fruits, try scallops or river fish. As an aperitif can be enjoyed along green salad with different types of cheese.
Ageing Potential: If stored properly in optimal conditions wine will keep the freshness in the next 15 years.
REGION AND GRAPE SPECIFICS
Vineyard: 15 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Smolnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4500 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: First half of August 2012. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks
