This wine is made of 100% Merlot variety. The ruby red color reveals forest fruits aromas as blackberry, blueberry and rose hip. The taste feels like roasted almond and vanila complemented with black berry fruits. This wine is 24 months aged in French and American Barriques, that ageing process develop soft ripe tannins and long lasting aftertaste.
Serving suggestions: At 16-18°C with chargrilled steak, roast beef or roast lamb preferably served rear, roast duck.
