Carefully selected grapes for it ruby-colored red wine cultivated is on the sunny hills of the North
of Macedonia. It has a fruity smell in it which is dominated by berries fruit enriched with spicy
notes of paprika, tobacco and black pepper. Harmonious full wine body, rich and typical tannic
structures. The taste is long, elegant rounded with notes of violets and licorice. It goes great with different ones types of mature cheese, lamb, game and red meat.
Temperature serving temperature is from 14 to 16 °C.
Production method: long maceration, fermentation in stainless steel barrels, maturing in in oak barrels for 12 months.
