This is a dry red wine with a dark color ruby is the result of an 18-month-old maturing in barrels of
French and American oak. The smell is intense and complex fruity and spicy character. A rich taste develops in the mouth in which aromas predominate dark berries, dark chocolates and mints. The tannins are soft and elegantly rounded. Excellent wine accompaniment to beef steak, mature cheese or dark chocolate.
The serving temperature is from 15 to 18 °C.
Production process: selective harvest, long maceration, fermentation in stainless steel barrels, 18-month maturation in French barrels and American oak.
