Sec sparkling wine is produced according to the charmat process from Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay varieties. It is a lively sparkling wine with a flower reminiscent of citrus and yellow fruit, with a hint of floral and almond notes. Great angle aperitif, for sparkling cocktails or for special occasions.
