Merlot is a dry, red wine dark ruby color which ripens in oval wooden barrels. The smell is complex, and red prevails in it and berries with a hint of vanilla and chocolates. Mouth watering nicely developed, balanced is, elegant and rounded gentle tannins. It’s going great with chicken and turkey, roasted duck and beef. Temperature serving temperature is from 15 to 18 °C.
Production method: long maceration, fermentation in stainless steel barrels, maturing in in oak barrels for 12 months.
