Deep red dry wine ruby. It has a complex and ripe fruity aroma and spicy character. Shades of dark
chocolate, coffee and mint rich taste. The tannins are soft and elegant rounded. Goes well with steak,
lamb and grilled meat.
The best serve at a temperature of 15 up to 18 °C.
Production process: selective harvest, long maceration, fermentation in stainless steel barrels, 12-month maturation in French barrels and American oak. Hand picking.
