Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand on the vineyard, placed in plastic casks of 25kg. Fermentation in 400 hl and 800 hl thermoregulated fermentors with remontages and delestages. Residual sugar from incomplete alcoholic fermentation.

Ageing: In stainless steel tanks.
Color: Ruby color.
Aromas: Fruity and spicy. Bright cherryish nose.
Taste: Cream-like structure with very soft tannins and long after-taste.
Winemaker’s note: Rounded expressive and elegant red wine with subtle spice under the smooth, pure fruit.
Alcohol by vol.: 12.63 %
Food pairing: To be served with dried red meat, traditional Macedonian plates and ripe cheese. Good support for spicy plates.
Serving: We recommend it at a temperature of 14 – 16°C
