Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, placed in plastic casks of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 200hL and 300hL with controlled ranging from 13˚C to 16˚C and lasts 10 – 16 days. Oxygen management under strict control.

Taste: Spicy, soft sweetness, nice crisp acidity and good length.
