Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand on the vineyard, placed in plastic crates of 25kg. Fermentation in 400 hL thermoregulated fermentors with remontages and delestages, ageing during 14 months in barrel cellar.Oxygen management under strict control.
Annual production: 10.000 L
Ageing: French oak barrels, for a period of 14 months.
Color: Cherry-garnet
Aromas: Ripe red fruits, herbal with a small kick of spiciness.
Taste: Full-bodied, velvet tannins, long and spicy after-taste.
Winemaker’s note: The strong rustic Vranec is elegantly tamed with the Syrah, complemented by the delicate Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Soft, elegant, reinforced with herbal notes.
Food pairing: To be served with mature cheese, prosciutto, roast veal, lamb, pork and Macedonian traditional plates.
Serving: We recommend it at a temperature of 15 – 17°C
