Born to sparkle! Grapes grow under the hot sun of Spain, the right place to learn how to party. When perfectly ripe, they become a luscious still wine which is bottled. From then on, it will be resting for several months in cellars to create all the lovely bubbles, following the very strict traditional method.
Best served at 12 °C, as an aperitif, with charcuterie, cakes, chocolate.
