Grenache grapes are grown on 15 to 20-year-old vines planted on clay limestone soils in the South of France. The hot and sunny climate, a direct pressing for a very clear juice and a fermentation at low temperature (15°C) is what makes this wine stand out.
Best served at 7-10 °C, as an aperitif, with barbecue, salad or pizza.
