Description
Our Touriga grows anchored in clay and Schist (35%) soils with Magnesium sedimentary clay-loam. The grapes are picked at night to preserves the full aromas. 50% of the wine spend 6 months in French and American Oak before bottling.
Aroma of berries, white flowers with chocolate and coconut taste. Well-balanced palate. Rounded flavor with a rich taste of fruit and spices.
Serve: 17 – 18°C with Meat, Soft cheese or Pasta
