A classic regional style – the palate is full and vibrant. Fresh nettle, gooseberry & tropical-fruit flavours abound and linger on the long, clean acid finish. Very light yellow color; smoke, lemon grass nose; tasty, focused, smoke, lemon grass, mineral palate with medium acidity. It pairs well with goats’ cheese and feta.
