Dry rose wine produced from Pinot Noir variety. It is characterised by salmon colour and aromas of small red berry fruits of which raspberry and wild forest strawberry dominating. On the palate it shows abundance of crunchy red berry fruit such as red currants and young sour red cherries, all backboned by crisp acidity.
To be paired with red trout, grilled seafood, salads with cherry tomatoes and pasta with red-like sauces.
Recommended serving temperature: 12-14 °С.
