Traditional method or “champenoise”. After obtaining the base wine with a white variety as perfumed as Macabeo and another full-bodied variety such as Chardonnay, it is aged in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months. During this period the bottles remain in a horizontal position, called “in rhyme”, at a constant temperature of about 15ºC, in order to carry out a second fermentation, accumulating the yeasts throughout the bottle.
Straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent bubble. The aroma is clean and fruity, with a marked citrus character and a background of floral notes. It offers a magnificent presence in the mouth thanks to the Chardonnay variety, showing itself dry and at the same time fruity, with a long aftertaste, with very well integrated carbonic.
